When booking a room, we collect the following data:

- Payment details
- Date of birth (when presenting ID)
This data is collected to perform the accommodation contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR and to fulfill legal registration requirements pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR.
Purpose of Data Processing

a) Sojern (Retargeting)
We use the retargeting service provided by Sojern, Inc., 455 Market Street, Suite 1550, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA ("Sojern") on our website. Sojern uses a tracking pixel (iframe) that is loaded when you visit our website, provided you have given your consent to the use of marketing cookies.
The pixel transmits the following information to Sojern:
- The page visited (page category and page type)
- The language of the website
- The property identifier (property ID)
Sojern uses this data to show you personalized advertisements for our hotel on other websites (retargeting). Sojern may set and read cookies in this process.

Sojern is a US-based company. Data transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 Para. 2 lit. c GDPR.

Booking Systems
For online room bookings, we use various external booking systems and platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Gauvendi, and others). When using these booking systems, your data is transmitted directly to the respective service provider.
